All sessions are led by expert instructors and designed with the female body, mind, and nervous system in mind.

MIND AND BODY classes

REFORMER classes

  • A class designed for a deeper challenge and hypertrophy to increase strength by utilising heavier weights & less reps in a safe & controlled environment working with a partner, with longer rest periods for optimal recovery to ensure that you can lift to the best of your ability each set.
