Available to women who are new to Personal Training at Samsara, including current members and women who are completely new to the club.

You need someone who listens, understands what you are working towards and shows you exactly what to do. The problem was never that you lacked discipline. You may simply not have had the right support.

Personal Training,
the Samsara way

Personal Training at Samsara is not about being shouted at, punished or pushed through a program that was never designed for you.

It is 45 minutes of individual support inside a women-only environment where you can ask questions, learn at your own pace and become more confident.

  • Begin with a conversation - Your trainer will check in with you, discuss your goals and understand how your body is feeling before you start.

  • Move with guidance - You will be shown how to perform each movement and use the equipment safely, with your trainer beside you to answer questions and help you feel comfortable and confident.

  • Adapt as you go - Your session can be adjusted according to your energy, recovery, menstrual cycle, hormonal changes, perimenopause or menopause where relevant to you.

  • Leave knowing what comes next - You will finish with greater clarity around your movement, your progress and the next step that makes sense for you.

Chantelle Tang

Exercise Physiologist | Personal Trainer
With a background in human movement, Pilates, yoga and clinical exercise physiology, Chantelle brings a thoughtful and informed approach to movement. Her sessions are designed to help women better understand their bodies while building strength and confidence with clear, individual guidance.

Kate Heggarty

Personal Trainer
Kate brings experience across Personal Training, group fitness, Pilates, reformer, barre and boxing. Her broad movement background allows her to create practical, varied sessions that help women feel stronger, more capable and increasingly comfortable in the gym.

Tilley Cameron

Personal Trainer
Tilley offers encouraging one-to-one support for women who want greater clarity and consistency in their movement. Her sessions focus on building confidence through personalised guidance and achievable progression.

Nicki Amos

Personal Trainer
Nicki’s experience includes strength, fitness, boxing and training women through perimenopause and menopause. Her approach supports women to work with their changing bodies while continuing to build strength, capability and confidence.

Start in the way that suits you

Once you have completed your complimentary sessions, there are three ways to make Personal Training part of your practice.

FOR MEMBERS

Per session ADDED TO MEMBERSHIP

For women on a Wellness or Platinum membership who would like to add one-to-one support at their own pace.

Book a 45-minute session whenever it feels useful, weekly, fortnightly or during a season when you need a little more guidance and accountability.

$70/session

EVOLVE MEMBERSHIP

Personal Training ONLY MEMBERSHIP

For the woman whose practice is centred on one-to-one support.

Receive a weekly private Personal Training session, to help build strength, develop confidence and continue progressing with regular reviews without the need of a full membership.

$79/week

OPTIMAL MEMERSHIP

Experience everything samsara offers

For the woman who wants Personal Training woven through the complete Samsara experience.

Combine a weekly one-to-one session with full access to the club, classes, recovery spaces and ongoing wellness support.
